All sales are final.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been processed. This includes prints, digital downloads, and commissioned work.
However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
If the damage is verified, a replacement or store credit will be issued at our discretion.
Digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered.
Commissioned pieces are non-refundable due to their custom nature.
